It is a fruit which originated in Iran & is one of the first five fruits that was started for cultivation by mankind. This fruit is an ancient culture icon identified with lifestyle, opulence, prosperity & fertility.

 

This fruit usage is prevalent as a symbol, decoration & for culinary in Persian, Mediterranean, Middle- East & Asia this is over and above it’s advantages for health.
