We present before you, Cold-pressed Coconut oil from the Indian state of Kerala, known for its rich spices and spectacular landscape, which is a west-southernmost state of India. It is obtained by extracting oil from the white meat (Copra) in an extractor made from wood.

As the name suggests in the production process no heat is used for the extraction of coconut oil. The coconut meat is removed from the casing that is on the outside and pressed with wood so that pure coconut oil is all that is left.
